Q.
Why
not join the already existing Trusts? |
|
Ans. Though there are some already existing trusts helping students in their education, they either address a selected few sections of the student community based on religion, caste etc., or concentrate only on people who score top ranks irrespective of their economic status. There is a large un-addressed section of the student population who are economically underprivileged and do not have any source of financial assistance to continue with their education. ROCK Fund tries to help students in this group. |

Q.
Will my employer match my contributions to ROCK Fund? |
|
Ans. Your
employer may have a corporate policy of matching
charitable contributions by employees. Please talk
to your corporate Human Resources representative
to verify if such a policy is implemented in your
company. ROCK Fund will qualify for matching
employer contributions in almost all cases.
Depending on your employer, you can almost triple
your effective contribution to ROCK Fund if you
make use of this facility at no additional cost to
you. |
